I love this store, it is well stocked for everything I need, except the Lady employee who served me last week of Asian origin Rude and a genius who denied me a bag for my order that I need to pick up that day, I don't. I don't understand that attitude. As immigrants, this is when we should be kinder. Let's not give this store any more problems since so far it is giving them work. Thanks to us, the Clients, please.

I originally brought my bike to a different local shop who told me I was going to need to leave it with them for 2 weeks and it’ll be $$$. So I brought my bike in to REI for a tuneup (which I should’ve just done in the first place) and couldn’t be happier. Brian, Daniel, and Andy were awesome. New cables, new housings, new bottom bracket, new pedals, and a full tune have made my bike feel like new. I was able to immediately cut 1:00 off my mile time from the bike being so much smoother and easier to ride. AND they were able to get it turned around in under 48 hours for less $$ than the other shop quoted me.

Had a really good experience here. The employees we spoke to were really helpful. Ethan was super friendly and explained the membership program very thoroughly. Rico and K-dub were really knowledgeable about shoe fitting and offered lots of options. They also took time to bring us various sizes and to measure our feet as well. We will definitely be back.

I like this store. It's my go-to for all my and my daughter's camping and Scouting needs! Be sure to look around. There may be the same product in multiple areas with a better price. It would be awesome if all brands of the same type of item were in one area rather than sprinkled throughout the store, ie. packing straps are near the front and also with the packs. The REI brand is near the packs. The more expensive brand is near the front.
